My boyfriend and I will be popping over to Great Britain for a 9-day holiday adventure next week. As a certified Anglophile, I’m excited to make the trip across the pond! Here are a few activities on my wish list:
- enjoy afternoon tea with scones and tiny sandwiches
- tour an historic English manor
- browse used book shops and antique treasure troves
- spend a morning at Portobello Road market
- admire (and buy?) fabric at Liberty
- shop the Oxford St. Topshop
- eat a hearty dinner at a pub in the Cotswolds
- wander around an old castle
- see a real life dalek at the Doctor Who exhibition (nerd alert!)
Here’s hoping for a delightful trip!
